L O V E letter to my current guests & future guests: Hey lovey, my name is Shelby and I am SO glad you are here :) A little about me- I have been a practitioner in the beauty industry for 19 years with a special focus on holistic hair offerings for 13 of them. I am also 500 HR yoga teacher certified since 2021. What keeps me inspired in the world of hair is weaving together yoga energetics with my hair services to create a true mind • body • soul ritual. Some of my creative arts include : curated blendy haircuts, dreamy blondes, vibrant coppers/reds, rich chocolatey brunettes, and creative colorful unicorns. Within the last year, I have expanded my knowledge and became Holistic Scalp Alchemy Academy certified. Now I am over the moon excited to offer scalp therapy sessions to our community. What you’ll experience is a deeply revitalizing clean on a physical level as well as an internal energetic clearing. Scalp care and beyond, Head & Soul Spa is a transitory experience. A vehicle for deep rooted connection to your truest essence. A sacred clearing. A vibrational reset. An empowering pause. CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who need to cancel or adjust originally booked services need to do so at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. I empathize that unknown events come up- I have always in the past and will continue to do my best to work with you in these situations. There will be a 50% fee of the original appointment cost that will be charged for guests that cancel or adjust the original appointment within 48 hours ***per my discretion. Guests who have confirmed their appointment through text within 48 hours of their appointment and fail to arrive at the scheduled time without contacting me will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to forfeit the appointment and will be charged 100% of the appointment cost in order to reschedule ***per my discretion.
